  We would most definitely return! This is a fun stop for kids as there are life sized animals they like to view.

  Quite obviously not the owners fault but too bad the staff felt that doing that in front of customers was appropriate. However; The food they cooked was quite good! I would love to know what spice they use on the French fries!

  Poor John was running the place by himself when we were there.....and not very well! The rooms weren't too clean - and not sure if the sheets had been changed.

  The service in the restaurant was so bad that we volunteered to help him cook, and after cooking meals for 2 other tables, and our own as well, we were a little disappointed to be charged for ours!!

  Love this place! 3 years ago we stayed here on our way to Alaska, we are now on our way back and drove an extra 4 hours just to make sure we could stay here.

  The rooms are looking good, but they are not cleaned really carefully. The place has too less employees for the amount of guests and the owner is somehow unfriendly, cranky, and forcibly inspires his ideas to everybody.

  Having said all that though- this place was most unusual, and there's not much else around.......and our accommodation was cheap. I just hope that John's missus comes back!! ...... otherwise he'll go under next season!!

  The owner (i am assuming) was a very nice man! The individuals he had cooking for him were unfortunately quite rude, very loud to him while we were there. Not accepting orders after 7:10pm, and caused one couple to leave very upset.
